The Mission of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is to maximize the success of our members’ businesses through networking, advocacy and education.

Business & Legislative Relations
Purpose: Responsible for monitoring and developing business advocacy initiatives in the local communities and in the State of California on issues that could have a significant impact on the SHCC, business owners and its membership. Primary focus will be devoted to pending legislation, executive orders, local and statewide, labor issues and endorsements for appointed officials and initiative, pending ordinances and policy changes.

 

 

Economic Development
Purpose: Recognize projects, activities or events that lead to enhanced opportunities for economic development for members at large, the Hispanic community or the SHCC or the SBSC. Advocate for Hispanic business opportunities and that increases the visibility of Hispanic business-owners investment, promote access to capital, or growth and expansion of business. Seek funding, grants and investment partnerships for business-owner and chamber directed opportunities.
