Many small business owners in Sacramento are Spanish speaking and have not been able to find the resources they need to adapt to a COVID-19 business environment. To fill this gap, we are offering webinars in Spanish on six important topics:

  • Nov 6/9am: Renegotiating a Commercial Lease
  • Nov 20/9am: Planning, Permitting and Resources
  • Dec 4/9am: Financial Planning
  • Dec 18/9am: Disaster Preparedness

1:1 Consulting

We are offering technical assistance for small businesses located in Sacramento. Some of the areas where we can assist include digital marketing, budgeting, operational planning, financial planning, and access to capital among others. We are offering 1:1 consulting in both Spanish and English. Sign up for 1:1 Consulting.

Translation Services

To better assist Sacramento’s LatinX small business community, we are offering free translation services for our 1:1 consulting and webinar series.

Emprende Sacramento

Emprende Sacramento is a 10-week program geared towards early stage businesses or businesses that have revenue under $1 million. Each three-hour session will guide businesses through important business concepts such as market research, budgeting, digital marketing, and financial planning. NxLevel Academy: Business Recovery Strategies

We are offering four all day sessions to businesses that want to take their business to the next level. This program is designed for existing businesses that want to expand or increase their capacity. Experienced professionals will help these businesses improve their business plan, conduct feasibility analyses, refine their budgeting and financial plan, and obtain access to capital. Luna, the Chatbox

We are thinking about innovative ways to be accessible to small business owners. On Oct. 19, we are launching Luna, the Chatbox, on the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s website. Luna is a Chatbox, which is a messaging platform that allows individuals to engage with a business consultant live from our website – Facebook and Twitter integration will also become available to better assist you in a safe environment. Republic FC Kickstart Grant Program

Republic FC and Suncrest Bank – with the support of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce – are opening the next phase of Republic FC Kickstart to support local, LatinX-owned small businesses throughout the region.  To help celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Republic FC is calling on fans, the community, and the business community to nominate small businesses that reflect the Indomitable Spirit of the Capitol Region. The Republic FC Kickstart program will again award a $5,000 grand prize grant, as well as a $2,500 and three $1,000 grants to small businesses in the greater Sacramento Region. Nominations for businesses will open on October 23 and run through November 6th and can be submitted at SacRepublicFC.com/suncrestbank.
